Installation and Commissioning

System installations can be performed by a service engineer on-site or supervised via telephone from your local support office to ensure your product meets all operating specifications.

 

Application Test Programs and Fixtures

For application support, full turnkey solutions can be provided on request including the customer development of applications, fixtures and test programs.

 

System Relocation

If you need to relocate test systems from their original commissioned location, have the project looked after by a Intepro support technician to ensure a smooth transition and avoid risk of damage.

 

Project Management

Intepro follow a structured approach in specifying and implementing test systems for Telecommunications, Avionics/Defense and PSU manufacturing applications. Projects are coordinated by a dedicated project engineering team who liaise with the customer from initial system specification design, through to build, test, installation, application support and post installation support.

 

Training Services

Basic Training - Introductory training covers system hardware, software & maintenance.

 

Advanced Training - Advanced training includes generation of special tests and instrument drivers.

 

Maintenance Calibration Training - Detailed system descriptions, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, selftest, calibration and system documentation.

 

Warranty Services

Intepro warrants it's hardware and software against all defects in workmanship and material. If you should experience a problem with our products, our support team are available to help your either by phone, e-mail or directly via your local service support centre.

 

Product Upgrades

Built around open architecture hardware and software, Intepro test systems permit complete flexibility to configure and integrate third party instrumentation. Flexible architecture means that systems can be expanded to meet future test needs.
